You can submit your requests within the scope of your rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, by one of the following methods, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

Your request will be answered free of charge within 30 days in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698.

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, no fee other than the fee specified in the said notification will be charged.

The applicant will apply with documents that will prove his identity.
